Get ready for the City of Toronto’s spring and summer recreation program registration
Registration for spring and some summer City of Toronto recreation programs, including summer camps, begins at 7 a.m. on March 5 in Etobicoke York, March 6 in Scarborough, March 8 in North York and March 9 in Toronto and East York.
These high-quality and affordable recreation programs fill up quickly so register starting at 7 a.m. to avoid disappointment. Registering online is the quickest and easiest way to sign up for programs. The number of registrations completed online continues to increase each year and additional capacity has been added to the online registration system. On average, 70 per cent of the daily total of registrations can now be processed in the first hour of each registration day.
Before registering for spring and summer recreation programs, residents should be aware of registration dates, how to register and payment options. Those who wish to register for programs will need a family number and a client number for each member of the family. Before registration day, call 416-338-4386 or speak with staff at a City community centre to get these numbers. For more information on how to register, visit http://www.toronto.ca/parks/registration.
